Below is an article explaining what it really takes to be healthy and the program that can help you reach every health goal you have. A good and challenging read.
 
 

Quinoa burritoQuinoa burritos
2 small whole wheat tortillas
½ cup quinoa, cooked
4 egg whites
½ avocado, cubed
1 cup lettuce,shredded
½ cup salsa
¼ cup red onion diced
½ cup black beans
¼ cup fesh cilantro

Cook quinoa and egg whites separately.
Then mix with black beans, cilantro and onion
Spread half mixture equally on whole Wheat tortillas
Top with salsa avocado and lettuce
Wrap and bon apetit!!

1/3 of American adults are overweight and another third are obese. That’s a little over 68% of adults in America that are either obese are overweight. That has to change and change now!!
Eating healthy is more than just putting healthy vegetable recipes in your mouth and calling it a day, it’s a lifestyle! Some people eat healthy and still don’t lose any weight. Those people are still at risk for heart disease, respiratory failure and many other bad health issues.

Well I’m here to help, the reason why people aren’t losing weight even though they’re eating healthy is because they are not eating the right foods to target their metabolism. Your metabolism is the key to burning many calories and eventually dropping weight like a bad habit! The faster your metabolism, the quicker you lose weight. It’s that simple! So it should come as no surprise that obtaining a fast metabolism is essential!! The great news is that we have huge control in deciding our metabolic rate and the process of increasing it can be easily implemented into your everyday routine. Recently, Beyonce was quoted as saying she lost 20 lbs in two weeks by being on an extremely strict metabolic diet. The results are real, but we’re not going to go that extreme. You can though, burn an extra 450-600 calories by being on the right program that teaches what vegetable combinations to eat, how to exercise and how to target your metabolism.

The metabolic cooking program does just that for you, as can be seen here!. This program includes over 200 easy healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks (my favorite part)!!
